R&D9 Collate and analyse data relating to research
Overview
This standard covers collating and analysing data relating to research. It is expected that the researcher would use methods and data types, which are specified within the research proposal. It is also expected that the researcher is able to propose and agree modifications to data collection, which are fit for purpose, remain within the research brief and do not compromise research results. Data may relate to a single hypothesis, single researcher programme or to a larger scale research activity.
Users of this standard will need to ensure that practice reflects up to date information and policies.
Version No 1
Knowledge and Understanding
